A founder of JRT Partnership, Luke Mercurio is an expert in commercial, sporting and employment matters.

With experience acting for a prominent national sporting federation for the 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020/21 Summer Olympics, Luke’s knowledge and practical understanding of the issues allows him  to advise on all aspects of the management of sporting bodies.

He provides expert guidance on issues in relation to governance, investigations, disciplinary hearings, and procedural fairness. Often assisting or representing clients before tribunals for disciplinary hearings, appeals and in mediations and arbitrations, Luke offers much-needed support in times of need.
